Jim Racheff is the president of DMS, a Frederick-based business which provides applied information sciences services to the biomedical research and public health sectors. Jim joined the firm in an entry-level position shortly after graduating from University of Maryland. Working his way up, Jim eventually purchased the company and facilitated its steady growth and success. Jim also founded and runs a commercial real estate company as well as serves as a faculty member for Mount St. Mary's.
